Privacy

• Your listing shows your city, ZIP, material, quantity, price, dates and notes. It never shows your email or street address. Your phone shows only if you tick the box. The map pin is offset within about half a mile.
• Your email is used to confirm your listing, to send your matches and to forward messages from people who contact you. It is not sold or shared.
• An alert stores your email, ZIP and what you asked for, and sends at most one email a day. Every alert email has a stop link.
• A business page shows the name, city, ZIP, services, radius and website you gave, and the phone if you chose to show it.
• A hauling request goes to our operations team and to the trucking operators we ask for a price. They see the pickup and delivery ZIPs and the load details, not your contact details, until you accept a quote.
• We log the IP address of every post, message and request to stop spam.
• Listings expire after 45 days. Write to hello@dirthookup.com to delete your data sooner.
